    Woodacre offers traditional Bed and Breakfast in wonderful family home, set in beautiful gardens surrounded by woodland.

    We are well situated for touring the South Coast of England including Arundel, Chichester, Brighton, Portsmouth and the South Downs. Only one hour by car from Gatwick and 1 hr and 40 mins to London by train. The New Forest is also only an hours drive. We have plenty of private parking and are easy to find from the A27.

    We have 4 rooms, including a Double Ensuite Room and Family Room on ground floor, and 2 Twin Rooms on the first floor. The Twin Rooms and the Family Room have the use of 2 shared bathrooms on the ground floor. The rooms are clean and spacious and equiped with all the usual amenties.

    Breakfasts are served in either our Conservatory or Dining Room overlooking the garden. All diets can be catered for. Children and pets welcome too. We have a Travel Cot and High Chair if required. Credit cards accepted. Wireless LAN is available free of charge.

    Seasons Open: Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter.

    Double Ensuite Room: £70.00 per room per night (sleeps 2)
    Family Room: £90.00 per room per night (sleeps 4 in one double bed and 2 singles)
    Twin Room: £55.00 per night per room (sleeps 2)
    Twin Room (with extra bed):£70.00 per room per night (sleeps 3)

    Usually open all year, but sometimes closed at Christmas and New Year.

    Directions
    By car travelling on A27 in a westerly direction from Arundel. After aprox. 3 miles and just before a large roundabout take slip road to left signposted to Fontwell Village, turn immedately left again and Woodacre is first house of right after a garage.

    The nearest Train Station is Barnham about 2 miles away.
