    You can be sure of a warm welcome at Edenview. Our b&b is just one mile from the entrance to the world famous Eden Project UK. The property is surrounded by three acres of safe playing for children and enjoys beautiful panoramic views of St Austell Bay and the surrounding countryside. Edenview is in a peaceful, tranquil setting. Other nearby attractions include the Lost Gardens of Heligan, Wheal Martyn China Clay museum, the Historical fishing villages of Charles town and Mevagissey not forgetting an abundance of golden sandy beaches.

    The rooms have a Colour TV, Tea / coffee making facilities, refreshment basket, alarm clock, Hair Dryer, fresh towels and a travel cot is available on request.

    Breakfast is served in our tastefully decorated conservatory which has views of St Austell Bay. We serve a typical (but large!) Full English breakfast freshly cooked for you. Guests may help themselves to Cereal and fruit juice while their hot drinks and food is served to the tables. A vegetarian option is also available. We are happy to cater for all dietary requirements although we would be pleased if you could advise us at the time of booking.
