We are a small, friendly, centrally located guest house just yards from seafront parking, and we boast views of the sea from our garden, guest lounge, and one family room.
We are less than 10 minutes away from main attractions, including theatres, clubs, the cinema, central pier; Blackpool Tower and the Winter Gardens. We are only a short tram ride from Cocker Street to the Pleasure Beach, Sandcastle Water Park and South Pier on the South Shore.
Even with all these attractions on our doorstep, you can still enjoy a peaceful night's sleep, as we cater for families, couples and small groups only. We are located just far enough away from the late-night clubs for you avoid being disturbed.
There is seafront parking available next to the guest house, or low cost parking (£10 per Week) is only a 4 minute walk away.

Phoenix Guest House is fully central heated and ALL of our Bedrooms are centrally heated with Freeview digital TV Tea/Coffee making facilities and Soap. Iron, Towels & Hairdryer are all available upon request.
Smoking is permitted within rooms, although every effort is made to ensure this has only a minimal effect on non-smoking guests.
Our dining room comfortably seats up to 20 people, and we are proud of our traditional, full English breakfast which satisfies our guests and sets them up for Blackpool's multitude of attractions and activities.
Full English or light breakfasts are available, and can be booked on arrival.
Regretably, we do not accept Stag or Hen parties, or Groups aged under 25.

| BY CAR: From the Promenade continue North (sea on left), past the Tower and North Pier and take the 3rd right onto Cocker Street (just after crossing the tram lines). Pay and Display is located on the Promenade/Cocker Street, and the guest house is located on the right after the car park. BY TRAIN: Take the train to North Shore Station, and walk towards the Promenade/Town Centre until Dickson Road. Turn right and continue past 'Funny Girls' for 300 yards, and Cocker Street is located on the left. BY BUS: Take the bus to Talbot Road Bus Station and follow the directions above along Dickson Road. |
