A friendly, warm welcome to our family home.
Prices include hearty breakfast. Comfortable rooms all with en-suite, colour TV and hospitality tray. Some off road parking with a yard for bikes.
Sandwiches, Light refreshment and packed lunches on request. No smoking throughout. Sorry we do not accept pets. All rooms on first and second floors. Children welcome under supervision, due to number of steps.
Colwyn Bay is within easy reach of all North Wales Coasts, Visitor Centres, mountains and countryside. Colwyn Bay Zoo and Bodnant Gardens are a short drive away. 5 mins strolls from Holly Tree to a clean safe sandy beach and cyle track with lovely walk along the promenade to Rhos-on-Sea and the Pier. 5 mins walk to the railway station and coach pick up points, shops, market (Tues & Sat).
Theatre and restaurants close by. Easily accessible from the A55 expressway and major motorways Liverpool/Manchester airport approx 1 hour 30 mins. Ideal holiday destination.

| From the North on the A55 - At sign Colwyn Bay turn up the slipway, keeping in righthand lane. At traffic lights turn right, past railway station Marine Road is on your left at crossroads. From the South on the A55 - At sign Rhos-0n-Sea, At traffic rights turn right Marine Road is on the left at cross roads. Short walk from Railway Station and coach pick up points. |
