Situated midway between the Eden Project (approx 4 miles) and the Lost gardens of Heligan (approx 5 miles) makes Allen's Bed & Breakfast the ideal base to explore beautiful Cornwall.


Allen's is a small family run Bed & Breakfast with private off road parking. We are within walking distance from St Austell centre & Train/bus station.
The town is well serviced with numerous pubs, restaurants,
cinemas and shopping facilities.

Our rooms provde modern en-suite bathrooms, free wireless/internet access, freeview tv, tea/coffee, hair dryer, electric shaver point, alarm clock radio & fresh towels daily.

After returning from cornwall we were totally over joyed about our stay at Allen Bed and Breakfast apart from verbally telling people about our stay this was the next best thing. From the time we arrived at Allens Bed and Breakfast Sue and Dave totally made us feel so welcome nothing was to much trouble. Their freindly approach to giving us advice on places to visit and how to get there was totally beyond what we expected. Our room with ensuite was top quality and so comfortable and clean. The full English breakfast that sue cooked each morning was first class. Sue Dave Gary and Jack made our stay so unforgettable that we have booked and are returning to Allens Bed and Breakfast Easter 2007 and we cant wait. Look forward to seeing Sue Dave and the boys in 2007. *Quote* from Mr & Mrs Bowman, Norfolk We have just returned after a few days in Cornwall and although we were walking miles at all the places we visited we still feel we had a relaxing time. That is down to the Allens B&B who made us feel so at home and like friends rather than guests. The rooms were up to a good quality hotel standard (and I have stayed at various 5 star hotels around the world in my time) and they also had the little extra's which just make life so much easier. There was fresh fruit, clean towels and bed linen every day, the usual tea and coffee making facilities with bottled water for the kettle instead of having to fill from the wash basin. A lovely en-suite with power shower that was lovely after a long day. There was even a wireless internet connection with unlimited access which like everything else was all included in the price which in itself was extremely competitive. The breakfast was huge, juice, cereal, croissants, full English and as much toast as you could eat. Big enough to last until the evening meal, at one of the many places recommended by Dave and Sue. Listen to them as they know what they are talking about and even provide little customised maps to save time and hassle. We even just sat in the garden with Dave and Sue and the other guests one evening drinking and chatting like we do it all the time. We can honestly say that if you are going to St Austell then you would be daft to stay anywhere else. We will certainly stay there again when we next go to Cornwall.

Directions

Directions: A30 Head along the A30 until you see a sign for the A391. Follow this road through BUGLE and continue on at each roundabout until you arrive at a junction at the bottom of the hill. Turn right on to the A390 (Holmbush Road) and take the second exit at the roundabout, travel down the hill and you will see ASDA on your left. Continue straight on over the roundabout, go past the garage on your left, we are approx 400yards on your right before the traffic lights.
