    Aileen and Ruary will be delighted to welcome you to stay in their award winning Georgian townhouse providing bed and breakfast accommodation in a conservation area of the historic harbour town of Kirkcudbright.

    Baytree House is a unique Tourist Board 4 star, and AA Five Diamond, Bed and Breakfast, and being in the Old High Street, is within easy walking distance of all amenities of Kirkcudbright, including McClellan's Castle, Tolbooth Art Centre, the museum, art galleries, swimming pool, shops, restaurants, pubs etc.

    Kirkcudbright is known as Scotland's Artists' Town.
    Baytree House has been tastfully restored and, whilst retaining many of the original features, the three guest rooms provide comfortable and spacious accommodation. Breakfasts make a wonderfull start to the day and are served in the conserbatory dining room adjoining the Guest Lounge on the groud floor and looking out onto the walled garden.

    Twin or Double Room single occupancy available at £40.00 per night B&B.

    Baytree House is easily found in the middle of the old High Street and faces you at the top end of Castle Street.
