    We are less than 2 minutes from all the main attractions, Beatrix Potter Museum, bars, fine International Cuisine and the pier, from where you can enjoy a trip on the lake.

    At the Bay House we have 5 double & 1 family (3) room, all en suite, 4 with lake view. Each room also has tea & coffee facilities, colour tv, hairdryers. Ironing facility available on request.

    Tariff includes a full hearty English breakfast to set you up for the day.
    Children & pets welcome. Parking available locally ( free between 6.00pm to 9.00am )

    Bowness is an ideal holiday centre as well as being centrally located to enjoy the Lake District's National Park, as most attractions are within a 45 minute drive.

    Junction 36 of M6. Follow Kendal/Windermere, approx 8 miles. In Winderemere, follow left hand turn to Bowness & the Lake for approx 1.5 miles. At mini roundabout, turn right, past John Peel pub & stone wall car park. Turn first left, Fallbarrow Road. At brow of bank, turn right at New Hall Bank building, we are situated 200 yards down on the left, opposite the gates to the Yacht Club.
