    All rooms are en-suite, the ground floor has patio doors leading to a conservatory, overlooking a large fishing lake and river.

    There are two pubs within 500 yds, a sleepy railway station 300 yds away. This area is ideal for walking and cycling as the terrain is very flat. The birdwatching reserve of Gibralter Point is only 8 miles away.

    Other birdwatching areas are Frieston shore and Snipedales nature reserve.
