    Our homely, comfortable and friendly guest house is located very close to Ramsgate town centre and sea front. Easy reach of the railway stations also the Yatch Marina and ferry terminal to Ostend and only 10 minutes by car to Kent International Airport with over 21 destinations to major European cities. We are only a short drive to Canterbury and Ashford.

    We are open all year round with special price reductions on weekly rates and for children under 12 years of age.
    Guests leave at 10.30am you can book in early. leave your luggage and take your key. In the evening 11.00pm
