    Quality bed and breakfast guest house set right in the heart of Bowness on Windermere only 150 yards from the Lake.

    All the shops, restaurants and attractions are even closer.
    We specialise in accommodation for couples only who wish to relax and unwind in the perfect location.

    All our rooms are individually styled to reflect the character of the traditional cottage yet are fully equipped with tv and dvd player, cd player, fridge, hairdrier and complimentary tray.

    All the rooms are either double or four poster rooms with jacuzzi/spa bath or multijet hydrotherapy shower.
    Further hot drinks along with complimentary sherry and cakes are available in the guest lounge.

    For guests enjoyment we have our own private cinema room which can be reserved for films or tv programmes. Comlimentary use of leisure facilities at Parklands Country club is also included.
