    Richard and Carol Wright invite you to enjoy the warm, friendly atmosphere created at Model Farm. Set in 5 peaceful acres this old farmhouse, dating from the 17th century with an imposing Victorian addition to the front, offers spacious en-suite bedrooms with tea/coffee making facilities plus thoughtful extras to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

    Being lovingly restored the house has many original features such as open fires, moulded ceilings and exposed wooden floors. The house is non-smoking, fully centrally heated, with open fires in the lounge and dining room, which adds to the ambience and character. Candle-lit dinners are available by prior arrangement with guests being joined by their hosts around an oak refectory table.

    Easily reached from the M5 and A39 makes Model Farm an ideal base for touring the Somerset countryside, walking the River Parrett trail or Quantock hills, visiting the craftsmen on the levels or exploring the Somerset coastal path.

    Directions
    From M5 (J23 or J24)
    follow A38 into Bridgwater.
    Follow sign A39 Minehead ( ignore first sign to Wembdon).
    After leaving Bridgwater continue for approximately 1 mile, pass the Q8 garage on the right.
    Go down the hill and at the double bend turn right sign posted Wembdon.
    Turn immediately left sign posted Perry Green and Chilton Trinity.
    After approximately ¾mile you come to a T-junction, follow sign no through road.
    Model Farm is the second building on the left.
