    Ashcroft Guest House is just off the Weston-super-Mare seafront, near to the SeaQuarium, local shops and Clarence Park, yet within a ten minute walk of the town centre and railway station.

    Daphne and James Hill have been welcoming guests to their comfortable guest house since 1982 and are known for their excellent food and hospitality. They are happy to cater for special diets if notified in advance of guest requirements and always keep soya and rice milks for those on dairy-free diets.

    Breakfast time is 8.45 a.m. to 9.15 a.m (earlier by arrangement) and guests choose from a breakfast menu. Vegetarians are catered for.

    Four of the bedrooms are on the first floor (2 standard and two en-suite), while downtairs is a double en-suite bedroom, guest lounge and dining room. Naturally, the bedrooms are equipped with tea and cofee trays, televions etc. Hairdyrers and ironing facilities are available on request.

    There is a small area at the front of the guest house for parking and additional parking in the road.

    For the safety and comfort of other guests there is a no-smoking policy. Smoking is not allowed in any part of the guest house.

    Pricing and Opening Times
    Seasons Open: Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter.

    Double en-suite and standard single:
    £25.50 per person per night(autumn/winter).
    £26.00 (spring), and £27.00 (summer).

    standard double:
    £22.00 per person per night (autumn/winter).
    £22.50 (spring), and £23.50 (summer).

    Reductions for children sharing parents room.

    The guest house is open all year with the exclusion of Christmas and when any major work is being carried out (i.e. decoration of hallways etc).
