    The Orchard is situated in an Area Of Outstanding Natural Beauty close to Ashdown Forest which is famous for Pooh Bear! Both rooms look out over our lovely 2 acre garden with distant views to the South Downs.

    The Orchard is an ideal location for those wishing to tour the surrounding area. There are many attractions and National Trust Properties to visit.

    We are close to Buxted Park, Barnsgate Manor, and Horsted Place which are all popular local Wedding venues.

    For golfing enthusiasts we are convieniently situated for The East Sussex National, Royal Ashdown and Crowborough Beacon Golf Club.

    For excellent shopping, Tunbridge Wells is a 20 minute drive to the north and Eastbourne approx 30mins to the south. The City of Brighton is about a 20 mile away.

    Our local village pub, The Maypole, offers delicious home cooked food 7 days a week and Our local town of Uckfield supports many restaurants.

    Double room £55.00 - £65.00 per night including full English Breakfast.
    Single room £25.00 - £35.00 per night including full English Breakfast.

    Triple (single and double room) £75.00 - £90.00 including full English Breakfast.


    Open all year but closed for Christmas Day and Boxing Day.

    Directions
    Travelling on the M25 from the west
    Leave the motorway at junction 6 A22 to East Grinstead, Forest Row and Nutley.
    Follow this road for approximately 20 miles.
    After passing through Nutley, Continue on A22 until you reach Lampool roundabout.
    Take the first exit to Maresfield.
    Continue through the village, down School Hill until you reach the A26 at Budletts Roundabout.
    Turn left onto the A26 towards Tunbridge Wells.
    Continue for approx 1½ miles and then take the right hand fork signposted to High Hurstwood into Rocks Lane.
    The Orchard is the third driveway on the right which is a shared access with Dalling and Little Dalling.
    The House is then facing you.

    From the Dartford Tunnel
    Continue on the M25 to junction 5 and then join the A21 signposted to Tunbridge Wells and Eastbourne.
    Continue to Tunbridge Wells and then take the A264 which takes you down to the A26.
    Turn left onto the A26 and continue several miles through Crowborough.
    After Approx 3 miles turn left into Chillies Lane signposted to High Hurstwood.
    Continue for 2 miles into the village passing The Maypole pub on your left.
    After a further half a mile turn right into Rocks Lane.
    We are half a mile on the left hand side at the end of some yellow metal posts which indicate a bend.
    The Orchard is a shared access with Dalling and Little Dalling.
