    The Norfolk Guest House is situated 25 meters from the seafront, close to all amenities including the town centre, Spa Pavilion with its wonderful gardens and a 5 minute drive from the dock area. ETC 4 star rated.

    A warm welcome awaits all visitors by the owners Rob and Dee Northcut. We offer a warm welcome in our homely, quality bed and breakfast accommodation. All en-suite and standard rooms have a washbasin with shaver point and are comfortably furnished with hospitality tray, colour TV, hair dryer and clock radio, some with DVD players.

    We offer free secure Wi-Fi internet access for those with a compatible laptop. The guest lounge is available for your use throughout the day. We are non-smoking throughout.

    Within easy reach are several golf courses, the Suffolk Heritage Coast, Constable country, Sutton Hoo, and many other attractions.

    By car
    Take the A14 to Felixstowe.
    At the first roundabout turn right towards docks and seafront.
    Keep straight (past the entrance to the docks) and continue straight over the railway crossing and traffic lights until you come to the seafront.
    Turn left and The Norfolk Guest House is the first house in Holland Road which is the 9th turning off Sea Road.

    By Rail
    Take the train which arrives at Ipswich to Felixstowe.
    From the train station there are taxis, alternatively a bus through the shopping centre to The Bus station.
    From the bus station Holland Road is the first road on your right and we are at the other end of it nearest to the sea on the right.
