    Kiddicott Farm is set in 50 acres of glorious Devon Countryside. Situated down a quiet country lane, we are easy to find being only 10 minutes from junction 30 off the M5.

    We cater for all needs and breakfast is served in the guest's own dining room with views over the gardens and orchard. Rooms are en-suite with bath and shower, tea and coffee facilities, spacious with lovely views. There is plenty of secure parking with the added facilities for trailers.

    Westpoint Arena is only 4 minutes drive, or can be walked through our fields. Exeter Airport is only 15 minutes away, making Kiddicott Farm a perfect place to stay before catching the morning flights.

    The cathedral city of Exeter is only 20 minutes to the centre. Topsham situated on the beautiful Exe Estuary is only 10 minutes away. Beaches in Exmouth, Budleigh Salterton and Sidmouth are about 30 minutes.

    Kiddicott Farm is situated in a perfect location for accessing the City and surrounding districts for business purposes, but also an ideal base for those wishing to experience and visit the area whilst on holiday or just as a stopover en-route.

    Straight across roundabout, follow signs to Sidmouth and Westpoint — A3052.
    Pass St Bridget’s Garden Centre on Right.
    Take next right into Oil Mill Lane.
    Travel for approximately 4 minutes, over two small hump-bridges, turn into un-named lane on left. Names of properties are at the beginning of this lane.
    Travel to very end of the lane and bear left around the bend into Kiddicott Farm yard.
