Avalon Cottage Bed & Breakfast accommodation is provided in a private Edwardian house situated in a leafy, park-side location. We are close to the river, shops, restaurants and public transport and are approximately 15 minutes walk from Twickenham Stadium - the home of English Rugby.

Avalon Cottage is located in the Borough of Richmond upon Thames. Avalon Cottage Bed & Breakfast is one hour from Gatwick, 20 minutes from Heathrow and 30 minutes from Central London.

Marble Hill House, a magnificent Thames-side Palladian villa with extravagant gilded rooms and beautiful grounds, is nearby. Popular open air concerts are held here during the summer. Twickenham waterfront consists of historic buildings, wharves and boat yards and a footbridge link to Eel Pie Island, famous because of its Rolling stones connection.

A passenger ferry across the Thames links Twickenham to Ham House opposite. Just along from the ferry is Orleans House Gallery, which holds a fine collection of paintings from the 18th century to the modern day. Nearby St Margarets is a bustling, lively village, with a variety of shops, pubs and restaurants.
