High Bank House is a Traditional Victorian stone and slate Lakeland house built in 1875, situated in Tebay and just 1/3 mile from Junction 38 of the M6.

Tebay is situated in the beautiful Lune Valley midway between the Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales. It is a small village with good food available at the local inn a short walk from the house.

The surrounding fells offer many walks and there is good fishing in the River Lune.

The convenient proximity to the motorway makes Tebay an excellent base from which to tour the area.
