Pontefract Park Racecourse |

|
Extensive improvements over the past few years have made Pontefract one of the best appointed courses of its kind in the Country. There are modern bars and refreshment areas in all enclosures.
There is a Closed Circuit Television System in operation on every race day with televisions in all the bars and refreshment areas. There are modern Tote facilities and kiosks throughout the stands. There is a children's playground in the Third Enclosure on Sundays and an off-course Betting office in the Paddock and Second Enclosure.
Pontefract caters for all requirements, whether it
be the occasional racegoer who wants the exclusivity and luxury of the Club or the modest cost, but excellent value of the Third or "Car Park" Enclosure. For the regular visitor "Annual Membership" offers all year round Club facilities at an excellent discount.
For those who wish to bring parties or club together in groups there are discounts for all enclosures and not all members of a party need to go into the same enclosure. Children under 16 and Party Organisers are admitted free, except in the Private Entertainment Facilities.
