The Great Hall and Star Chamber
The building, once home to the wealthy Radclyffe family, is one of the finest examples of Tudor architecture in the region. Wonder at the magnificence of the Tudor Great Hall and
Medieval Star Chamber bedroom and imagine the characters and the splendid social events which must have happened there.According to local legend Guy Fawkes hatched his plot to blow up the Houses of Parliament while staying at the Hall.
Living History
Experience Tudor times first hand with Ordsall Hall Living History Group. Living history events take place on the first Sunday of every month, a fascinating
insight into a famous family at the forefront of Tudor times. The Family Fun Days and run 1.00pm - 4.00pm.

Throughout the year you can enjoy a variety of exhibitions covering the experiences of people in Salford, aspects of social history, and traditional arts and crafts.

The hall is situated in the Ordsall District of Salford on Ordsall Lane, near to Salford Quays. The hall is signposted from most major roads in the area and is less than one mile from the end of the M602 motorway. There is a car park in the grounds of the hall. |
