The ancient Norman Keep of Norwich Castle dominates the city below. Once a royal palace, the Castle is now the centrepiece of a museum housing one of England's finest regional collections of natural history, art and archeology which intrigues and inspires visitors of all ages.

Battlements and Dungeons Tours

Join a tour to enjoy spectacular views across Norwich. Then discover the Castle's darker secrets from the depths of the dungeons. Daily tours at regular intervals (extra charge).

Royal Norfolk Regimental Museum

Enter Royal Norfolk Regimental Museum by the signposted entrance in the Castle Museum. The prisoners' tunnel will lead you to explore a soldiers life through peace and war from 1685 to the present day.

Norwich Castle Museum & Art Gallery and Royal Norfolk Regimental Museum are closed between 23rd-26th December 2008 and 1st January 2009.
