Mangapps has one of the largest collections of historic railway items on public display in Britain. The exhibits range from buttons to buildings and from tickets to trains. Areas of special interest include original relocated buildings, signalling, freight operations and East Anglian railway history.
Passenger trains run on all open days - steam-hauled on the first Sunday of each month, every Sunday in August and Bank holiday Sunday and Mondays. Diesel-hauled at other times.
We are happy to entertain booked parties at any time. Please ring for details. 'Friends of Thomas the Tank-Engine' events, please ring for details. Santa Specials (must be pre-booked) every weekend during December. Start the New Year with our special 'Steam Day' on 1st January.
