Ride on "Yorkshire's Great Little Steam Train" through the lovely
South Pennines on this old country branch line. A quarter mile long tunnel adds to the thrill of this nostalgic 50-minute return journey.
The 15 inch gauge line was laid along the old Lancashire & Yorkshire Clayton West Branch Line which used to connect Clayton West and Skelmanthorpe with the main
Sheffield to Huddersfield line. Visitors now have the opportunity to enjoy an 8 mile steam train ride through beautiful countryside.
