Harborough Museum is closed until Autumn 2009 while the site is refurbished to hold a new and important exhibition - the Hallaton Treasure!
The museum holds collections of local history and features displays about local industry, personalities and events as well as a display of the Symington collection of corsetry.
There is a good local photographic and historical archive.
There is an active programme of school holiday activities, temporary exhibitions and special events.
Groups can be accomodated if booked in advance.
