Doddington Hall and Gardens |

Doddington Hall stands today exactly as it was built with its walled gardens, gatehouse and family church. The elegant Georgian interior contains a fascinating collection of pictures, textiles, porcelain and furniture that reflect four centuries of unbroken family occupation.
The Hall is surrounded by five acres of romantic walled gardens with formal topiary, box-edged knot garden, fountains and sumptuous borders. Flag Iris is a speciality. The wild garden has a superb succession of spring flowering bulbs and Rhododendrons from February to May, naturalized Crown Imperial Lilies, Victorian Daffodil varieties and a show of native spring wildflowers.
Meander down delightful paths and discover magnificent old trees, a Temple of the Winds, water gardens and a turf maze. There is also a nature trail through the surrounding park woods and farmland.
Tea, coffee and snacks are available in the Gatehouse on Open Days.
We offer an entertaining School Project Visit, with study sheets, teachers notes and comprehensive teachers pack, all now updated to tie in with the History Curriculum for UK Primary Schools.
Doddington Hall specialise in private group visits and special interest tours of both the House and Gardens. We also cater for weddings, corporate and special events. Please contact the office for details.
