Conservators based in this unique venue look after National Museums Liverpool's diverse collections.

Find out how everything from Egyptian mummies to motorbikes are preserved and restored in the interactive Reveal gallery, with its working laboratory. Imagine just how many interesting stories are hidden behind some of the incredible objects in National Museums Liverpool's collections.

'Reveal - the hidden stories of objects' shows how conservators try to unlock the secrets contained within a variety of different items from our museums and galleries.

National Conservation Centre also hosts temporary exhibitons, many of them photographic. It's a handy city centre venue and great for popping in to.
