Set in a historic Butchers Shambles "A surprise around every corner"fascinating indoor and outdoor displays, brass foundry, jails, resident crafts people, craft demonstrations, varied exhibitions and events, lovely gardens and café.

This unique Museum is housed in an unusual 18thC 'Butchers Shambles'. Fascinating displays give an insight into the trades and crafts of the town and the surrounding Wyre Forest area.

Explore the old brass foundry and dare to enter the town jails. See demonstrations of how to make baskets, bricks, ropes and clay pipes by the traditional methods.

View resident crafts people at work and find some unique gifts. Unwind and relax in the lovely gardens and café' and stroll through the adjoining Jubilee Gardens with a wildlife pond.

A wide variety of exhibitions, events and children's activities take place through out the season. Visit the Museum's website for a full programme of activities and events.
